Adayların kayıt için bizzat başvurmaları gerekmektedir. Kayıt için istenen belgelerin onaysız sureti veya fotokopisi kabul edilmez. Belgelerde eksiklikler bulunursa kayıt yapılmaz.
1- Lise Diplomasının aslı ve Lise diplomasının noter onaylı Türkçe veya İngilizce çevirisi
2-Adayların lise diplomalarının Türk Liselerinden alınan diplomalara denk olduğunu gösteren ve T.C. Millî Eğitim Bakanlığı’ndan ya da ülkelerindeki Türkiye Büyükelçiliğinden alınacak “Denklik Belgesi”.
3-Not durum belgesinin (transkript) aslı ve ülkelerindeki Türkiye Büyükelçiliğinden ya da Noterden onaylanmış Türkçe veya İngilizce çevirisi
4- Adaylar kayıt sırasında online başvuru ekranından yükledikleri belgelerin aslını veya onaylı suretlerini beyan etmek zorundadır.
5- Pasaportun aslı ve Türkçeye çevrili noterden onaylı fotokopisi.
6- Katkı Payı /Öğrenim Ücretinin ilgili bankaya yatırıldığını gösteren banka dekontu.
7-TÖMER Belgesi (B2 düzeyi TÖMER belgesi ibraz edemeyen adayların İstanbul Esenyurt Üniversitesi Dil Öğretimi Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi tarafından yapılacak Türkçe yeterlik sınavına girmeleri zorunludur). Sınavı geçemeyen adayların Üniversitemizde 1(bir) yıl Türkçe öğrenim görmeleri gerekmektedir. İngilizce Bölümler İçin; TOEFL IBT 85 (Writing: 25 koşuluyla) belgesi ibraz edemeyen adayların İstanbul Esenyurt Üniversitesi Dil Öğretimi Uygulama ve Araştırma Merkezi tarafından yapılacak İngilizce yeterlik sınavına girmeleri zorunludur). Sınavı geçemeyen adayların Üniversitemizde 1(bir) yıl İngilizce öğrenim görmeleri gerekmektedir
8-Öğrenim amaçlı alınmış İkamet Tezkeresi onaylı örneği ve Yabancı Uyruklu Kimlik Numarası. (Kayıt tarihinden itibaren 1 ay içinde istenilen belgeler Uluslararası Öğrenci Ofisine teslim edilir).
9- Son altı ay içinde, adayı kolaylıkla tanıtabilecek şekilde çekilmiş 2 adet 4,5 cm x 6 cm boyutunda fotoğraf,
10-Mavi kartlılar için Mavi Kartın aslı ve fotokopisi.
11-Çift Uyruklu Öğrenciler İçin Vukuatlı Nüfus Cüzdan Örneği. (Belgede ikinci vatandaşlığa geçiş tarihini belirten ibare olmalıdır.)

Requirements for Application and Registration
NECCESSARY DOCUMENTS FOR APPLICATION
Documents for Undergraduate Studies;
1. High School Diplom (Turkish or English Translations if in any other language issued)
2. Transcript of Records ( Originals and the translations in Turkish and English- Approved by the Turkish Consulates or Embassies)
3. Passport Copy
4. 2 Photos
5. If on hand- The Results of an Entry Exam in Turkey
6. For Turkish Taught Programmes a Proficiency Certificate for tgurkish at least on B2 Level
7. For English Taught Programmes; TOEFL IBT 85 (Writing: 25 at least)
Documents for Registration
The registarion process can only be completed when the pgrospective student is in situ. The documents need to be admitted in original forms, photocopies will not be accepted. If in any case some documents are not on hand, the registration will not be completed.
1- Originals of the High School Diploma or the Equivalent to this as well as notarized or approved by the turkish Embassies Translations.
2-“Equivalency Documents” showing that the high SchoolDiplom on hand can be acknowled at the same value as the ones gained in Turkey. Those documents will be issued at the Turkish Embassies- Consulates or the District Departments of the National Educations Ministry.
3- Transcript of Records ( Originals and the translations in Turkish and English- Approved by the Turkish Consulates or Embassies)
4- Students must admit the originals and/or approved copies of the document they have uploaded while completing their applications when they complete the registrations process.
5- Passport and its translated and notarized copy
6- The receipt showing that the necessary amount of the tuition fee has been paid.
7-TÖMER Certificate (Students who do not have B2 Level TÖMER Certificate will attend the Turkish Proficiency Exam prepared by Istanbul Esenyurt University Language Teaching and Research Center.). Students who do not pass the exam need to attend our Turkish Preparatory Classes for 1 (one) year to reach the stipulated profieciency level.
For any departments taught in English; TOEFL IBT 85 (Writing: 25) certificate is needed. If the students do not possess those results they need to attend the English Proficiency Exam prepared by the English Preparation School Department. Students who do not pass the exam need to attend our English Preparatory Classes for 1 (one) year to reach the stipulated profieciency level.
8- The Student Visa and/ or Residence Permit has to be admitted to the International Students Department as well as other documents necessary fort he Application Process of the above mentionened documents in frame of one month.
9- Photos taken in the last 6 months, easily recognizable as the prospective student sized like 4,5 cm x 6 cm,
10-Blue card photocopy fort he students who possess them.
11- Fort he students who have double citizenships they need to admit a copy of their citizenship register. ( The document needs to have the date of the citizenhip status change.)
